Dear Friend,

Somewhere along the way, I lost something.

I don’t know exactly when it happened. Maybe it was the day I stopped drawing maps for imaginary worlds, or when “play” became something you grow out of instead of grow into.

But I feel it. Something’s missing.

Do you feel it too?

For a long time, I ignored it. I told myself it didn’t matter. Deadlines, responsibilities, “being productive”—those were the important things.

But the more I ignored it, the more restless I felt.

Then I started to wonder: What if the missing piece wasn’t gone? What if I’d just buried it under all the noise?

What if the thing we’re all searching for is The Playground?

Not the literal one. I’m talking about the place inside you where ideas run wild, where creativity isn’t measured, and curiosity doesn’t have to be justified.

This is what I’m writing about in:

The Lost Playground: Reclaiming the Creativity You Left Behind.

This book isn’t about productivity.

It’s about permission.

Permission to play. To create without worrying about outcomes. To rediscover what makes you come alive.

And here’s what I’ve found:

Solo analog games are the map back to the playground.

Games taught me how to fragment my thoughts and see problems from strange, beautiful angles. They reminded me how to play for the sake of playing.

This book is my way of sharing that map.

But before it’s ready, I want to build something special.

A small, curious group of people who feel what I’m talking about.

Every week, I’ll share stories, experiments, and lessons from my own search for the playground. If you join, you’ll be the first to know when the book is out, and maybe—just maybe—you’ll rediscover your own playground along the way.

Here’s the catch: this isn’t for everyone.

You need to apply to join my list.

I’m looking for people who resonate with this idea and are ready to explore what play means for them.

If that’s you, fill out the application below. I’ll let you know within 24 hours if you’re accepted.

Let’s find the playground together.

All the best,

And never forget:

To embrace the mess
